Class Cancellation Policy

A reservation canceled 7 days in advance of the class entitles you to a full refund or you may switch your reservation to another available class in an alternate area. If you do not cancel before the 7 days or cannot send a replacement, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The balance of the amount paid for the class will be applied to a future class, product or webinar.

If you are a no-show at a class without an initial call or email, all fees are forfeited.

Any sale-priced seats or special purchases are 100% non-refundable.

HANDS-ON Class Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating for the Hands-On classes, the cancellation policy for this class is as follows:

• Cancel up to 31 days from the scheduled course date for a full 100% refund
• Cancel 30 to 15 days from the scheduled course date for a 50% refund
• Cancel 14 days or less from the scheduled course date forfeits any refund

Webinar Cancellation Policy

Webinars and webinar related products are non-refundable once purchased.  Please make sure you are able to attend the webinar and/or the webinar replay's that are offered the following day (only) prior to enrolling as there will not be a refund available for missed webinars.

Custom Seminar cancellation policy

Due to travel costs and trainer scheduling:

• Cancel 61 days before the seminar date for a full 100% refund
• Cancel 60-31 days before the seminar date for a 50% refund
• Cancel 30 days or less forfeits any refund

Return Policy for Training Manuals

You may return unused Training Manuals (manuals must be free from any markings or wear and tear and must be in resell-able condition) within 15 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).
