As for the training itself, I have gotten the same feedback as before when we have had your company provide training for us. It was excellent! The instructor knew what he was teaching without having to just read out of a book. He answered any and all questions posed to him in a very knowledgeable fashion and backed everything up with visual proof by using the scanning tools in the hands-on portion of the class. The tech’s left the training with a great deal of information to share with others that were not able to attend the class. I am positive that we will be using ATG several more times in the future for our training needs. I appreciate the mailings you send about training that is happening in our area.
